Mood: waiting for wind
11th June 2008
Windsurfing: Pevensey Bay
Wind Direction: NW
Wind Stength: light offshore
Surf / Sea State: flat
Air Temperature: warm
Sea Temperature: ok
Weather: sunny with offshore light wind
Max Speed:
Distance Covered:

Afterworker with Gutted, who I've not seen / sailed with for an age .... pretty much since starting the new job I guess.
Shame the wind didn't show up, but nevertheless we opted to make use of the time and go on the Kona 10'5 & 11'5 boards with 5.7/5.8m rigs for some light wind messing about on the water.
Not the most radical freestyle anyone will ever see, but we had a right laugh regardless.
Switched kit at 'half-time' too so got to use both set ups and scored equal giggles per hour on both set ups.
Got to love the variety of the sport, one day stoked with nukin conditions, another having a crack in next to no winds ..... :-)
Given it 4 stars as it was such a laugh, as opposed to it being a 'classic' session, conditions score a 2 i guess, but it's not always about the perfect conditions is it.
